By enrolling in KidOye programs, you agree to the following terms:

• Program fees are non-refundable after the session begins.

• Participants must follow safety guidelines and respect coaches and peers.

• KidOye reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather or venue conflicts.

• Photos/videos taken during sessions may be used for promotional purposes unless opted out.

• Any form of harassment or unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the program.
